Come and recharge your batteries, hike, work or take a quiet break in the calm, comfortable, typical and spacious Gîte des Collines, a rural gîte and equestrian stopover gîte in the heart of the Comminges countryside, with family, friends or colleagues, in an idyllic setting with uninterrupted views of the Pyrenean peaks.

Ideally situated on an equestrian estate in close contact with nature, accessible via a small country road, 1km from the GR86 running through the magnificent Mauboussin forest, its privileged location close to a number of well-maintained hiking trails (GR and PR) makes it easy to get away from it all while breathing in the fresh air of nature.

Right next to the AB Les Collines d'Epona equestrian farm and within easy walking distance, welcome horse lovers from near and far! Set in a large, restored 19th-century building comprising 3 independent semi-detached houses, in a large, well-kept communal garden planted with trees, the comfortable gîte has a surface area of over 150m2 and offers a wide range of possibilities for organising wonderful holidays, equestrian activity and well-being courses, family events or events with friends, and with your horses.

The 2 very large bedrooms with cathedral-roofed beams on the first floor and the cosy lounge on the ground floor can sleep 1 to 7 people:

– 5 single beds (90cm) offering 5 independent or separate sleeping arrangements, which can be combined to form a double bed (180cm), with a thick, comfortable foam mattress and slatted base,

– 1 double sofa bed (140cm) with thick, comfortable mattress in the living room.

– 1 large bathroom with bath on the first floor, 1 shower room on the ground floor, 3 WCs, plenty of storage space, large double-glazed windows, electric and wooden shutters, central heating.

On the ground floor, the large, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opens onto the living room, providing plenty of space for socialising while admiring the uninterrupted view over the surrounding countryside.

A large activity room of over 50m2 with parquet flooring and exposed beams on the first floor offers a wide range of fun and rejuvenating activities: games room, yoga, reading, drawing, painting, geography, dance, meals, cinema, etc… and is a delight for young and old alike!

A wooden terrace in front of the kitchen-living room, a balcony overlooking the bedrooms and the large activity room, all facing East/South-East to take advantage of the magnificent sunrises, a large car park with space for several light vehicles and horse-drawn carriages, new electrical appliances and furniture (fridge, electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, mattress, sofa bed, etc.).
