Discover this charming, cosy house, situated in the heart of the small Pyrenean hamlet of Coué de Casse, at an altitude of 700 metres. Ideally situated 1? hours from Toulouse, 1 hour from Spain, and close to Luchon and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, it offers a peaceful, sunny setting with uninterrupted views of the mountains.

In winter, winter sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the ski resorts of Le Mourtis (around 30 minutes away) and Luchon Superbagnères, 28 km away. Essential shops and services are just 10 minutes away by car, so you can make the most of the peaceful surroundings without sacrificing comfort.

This fully-rented house can accommodate up to 8 people and is an ideal place to stay with family or friends. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home thanks to its friendly, functional spaces. The ground floor opens onto a pleasant living room with a lounge area, an open-plan kitchen and a 120 cm sofa bed. On the first floor, two comfortable bedrooms await you, one with a 160 cm queen-size bed, the other with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with toilet. On the top floor, in the attic, there is an additional sleeping area with a 160 cm Queen-size bed, a 90 cm single bed and a 120 cm folding bed.

A cot and high chair can be provided on request for families with young children. Outside, you can enjoy a furnished terrace, ideal for sharing convivial moments over a barbecue, overlooking the Pyrenean countryside.
