In a small village 5km from Bagnères-de-Luchon, large house with a beautiful view of the mountains.

This gîte is located in a small village 5km from Bagnères-de-Luchon (Grand Site de la Région Occitanie, shops, cinema, ski, thermal baths, golf, paragliding, gliding, lake) and at the start of 3 ski resorts (Peyragudes 12km – Superbagnères 5km – Bourg d'oueil 10km). One of the best restaurants in the region, El Almacen de Cirés, is 7km away, the Antignac leisure centre (rafting, canoeing, paintball) is 10km away, as is the start of the famous Lac d'Oô hike, and Spain is 17km away.

Detached, south-facing house with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. Enclosed garden, 12m² terrace and enclosed parking for two vehicles. Garage for two cars, bikes, motorbikes, skis and trailers. Gîte with 4 bedrooms and 7 beds:

– first floor: living room (wood burner), fully-equipped fitted kitchen, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 other bedroom with electric bed (160cm) and TV.

– second floor: 2 attic bedrooms (2 90cm beds and 2 90cm bunk beds) (1 140cm double bed), bathroom, separate WC and children's play area.

Oil-fired central heating not included. Small electrical appliances available (Senseo, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, raclette, fondue, croque monsieur, crêpe party, etc.).
