There are plenty of opportunities for visits, walks and activities of all kinds within a 30km radius of the gîte: Aurignacian Museum-Forum, shops and Saturday market in Aurignac, 9km away, Cardeilhac forest (arboretum) 15km away, Saint-André lake 19km away, swimming lake (Pavillon Bleu) and golf course in Montréjeau, 30km away, Cazères water sports centre 31km away, remarkable site of Saint-Bertrand de Comminges 35km away.

The gîte has two levels!

– Ground floor: kitchen with dining area, large living room (fireplace with woodburner, table football), utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer), separate WC.

– Upstairs, arranged around a corridor: 3 bedrooms, each opening onto the covered gallery (1 x 140cm double bed + small private shower room/WC) (1 x 140cm double bed and, on the mezzanine floor accessible by a ladder, 1 x 90cm single bed) (1 x 160cm double bed + 1 x 90cm single bed + private shower room/WC), bathroom/WC. The house is not heated and can therefore only be rented from May to October.

– Unenclosed outdoor area, alarmed swimming pool (5x10m) surrounded by artificial turf. Courtyard in front of the house with parking facilities.
