Large character gîte, former manor house converted into a gîte for 10 to 15 people, its tenant farmers' house as a reception room opening onto the large garden with a summer kitchen, 40 minutes from Toulouse, surrounded by 4 hectares of parkland.

Property of 3 hectares. Terrace, large open garden. Parking area. Mountain bike trail on site. Possibility to welcome motorcyclists.On the ground floor: large entrance converted into a relaxation area, kitchen with dining area, dining room, bedroom (1 double bed 140cm). Upstairs: relaxation area for guests in the large corridor, bedrooms "Jaune" (2 single beds 90cm can be twinned), "Green" (1 double bed 140cm), "Bleue" (2 single beds). 90cm twin) and "Salmon" (1 double bed 160x200cm). Each room has an open bathroom and a separate WC, private and communicating. Laundry room shared with the owner with washing machine and dryer. The price includes: water, subscriptions, electricity, sheets, household linen (tea towels, pot holders). The price does not include: wood for the fireplace, the heating package, the towels: 6 € / person / change, the end-of-stay cleaning package: 80 €, the tourist tax.
