About

This recently renovated barn in the Pyrenean style is located at 630m altitude in the village of Antignac near Luchon (5km from the town centre). It adjoins another barn, Les Granges de la Fontaine 2, which is also available to rent as a gîte for 10 people.

Furnished and decorated in pure mountain style, with a cosy, warm atmosphere, this house will win you over with its exposed stonework and omnipresent wood.

Outside, you'll have direct access to a large, sunny, south-facing terrace overlooking a small, contemporary mineral garden, fully enclosed and equipped with a barbecue for summer barbecues.

The gîte comprises

Ground floor: an entrance hall with storage space, a beautiful living room with fitted kitchen, dining room, sitting room with stone fireplace and wood burner.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and one with 2 bunk beds (90cm). The 2 "adult" bedrooms have a view of the garden, while the third bedroom has a view of the street and the village fountain.

Bathroom with toilet on this floor.

2nd floor: a beautiful master bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a cot, overlooking the garden and the Vénasque mountain, with another view of the rue de la Fontaine. Shower room with WC on this floor.

This house has all modern conveniences: television (reception of Orange channels by satellite), broadband internet and WIFI, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven and microwave.

Baby equipment, cot and high chair provided.
