L’OSTALADA

About

L'Ostalada is a family story. Two generations have worked together to transform this former cowshed into a warm and welcoming family home. For its name, young and old alike came up with their own suggestions, and it was fate that made the choice: "L'Ostalada", which means "the household".

Soueich is a rural commune of 517 inhabitants in the Comminges region. Several communes surround this wonderful village, including Aspet, 4km away, and St Gaudens, 8km away. If you fancy a change of scenery, the Spanish border is just 47km away.

The perfect place for young and old! Whether you're a skier, hiker, walker, fisherman, cyclist, artist, nature lover or just plain you, you've come to the right place to put down your bags and recharge your batteries.

L'Ostalada is an 83m² house overlooking a 400m² green space that can accommodate one vehicle. The house is on the 1st floor, and offers a cosy blend of old and new.

If you take the time to sit in the small garden, keep your eyes and ears open. You'll be lulled to sleep by the roll of the river (the Ger), woken by birdsong (dipper, blackbird and various passerines), the song of birds of prey (European sparrowhawk) and intrigued by the passing squirrel.
