Nestling in a peaceful area of Luchon, close to Lake Badech and just a short walk from the heart of the town. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, our Villa can accommodate up to 14 people. We offer a generous living space and 7 bedrooms, 6 with queen-size double beds (160 cm) and one with 2 single beds (90 cm) (quality bedding).

The decoration of each room transports you into a different world (the bird room, the mountain room, the art deco room, etc.).

This beautiful villa, decorated with taste and originality, comprises: Ground floor: A spacious living room with high ceilings. A large table for convivial meals, a cosy corner with 2 sofas, a fireplace and a large television. WIFI fibre.

A fully-equipped separate kitchen (new appliances). Three bedrooms with double beds. A shower room with two basins, towel dryer and separate toilet.

Take advantage of our large wood-burning stove (free wood), in addition to the gas central heating, for optimum warmth in winter.

Upper floors: 1/2 floor with a bathroom (with bath and shower) and a separate toilet. The 1st floor has four bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.

The exterior is just as pleasant, with a 400m² fully fenced garden and a large south-east-facing terrace accessible directly from the kitchen. Wooden garden furniture and a barbecue make for convivial outdoor moments.

There's also a garage for storing your bikes, motorbikes or sports equipment. Pets are welcome and a public car park opposite the villa offers convenient parking (free of charge). A perfect place for family gatherings of all generations.
