The house faces south and has two levels, an enclosed garden and a terrace.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1×140), (2×100 that can be twinned to form 1×200), (2×90 bunk beds and 1×140 and 1×90 bunk beds), 1 shower room, 1 separate WC, utility room.
