Quiet house in a small hamlet very close to Luchon. Ideal for a family holiday in winter or summer.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms.
Located 10 minutes by car from Luchon and the cable car to Superbagnères, 25 minutes from Les Agudes (Peyragudes resort) and 30 minutes from Le Mourtis.
The house has a separate WC on the ground floor, a lounge with fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, traditional coffee machine, Senseo, dishwasher, washing machine, raclette machine, etc.).
On the first floor are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with a single bed (140cm) + a cot) as well as two shower rooms and a separate WC.
The second floor has a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm) and a dormitory with 1 single bed (90cm) and 3 single beds (80cm). A games area with a BZ, games TV and PlayStation.
The house also has a garage for storing ski, bike and motorbike equipment, and a terrace where you can enjoy an aperitif outside.
The price includes water, electricity and a reasonable amount of firewood.
Cleaning and linen are not included.
