Family home located in Arbas, in the centre of the village, at the foot of the mountains, fully renovated and equipped to comfortably accommodate 12 people. An ideal place to stay for nature lovers and outdoor sports enthusiasts.
Covering an area of around 150m2, Maison Marinette is fully equipped to accommodate a group of 10 to 12 people. Ground floor: living room opening onto a small garden, large kitchen opening onto the courtyard and covered terrace (equipped with a plancha, 2 outdoor tables and 12 chairs), large dining room, bathroom with shower and separate WC. Upstairs: bedrooms (1 double bedroom with 160cm bed, 2 double bedrooms with 140cm beds, 1 children's bedroom with 3 bunk beds), 1 further shower room with shower and WC.
Opposite the house, there is a non-attached garden and an annexe converted into a leisure room (the road between the house and the garden is non-passing).
Facilities include: gas hob, gas griddle, 12 place dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, espresso machine, washing machine, TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker…
Adult bikes available on loan (1 new mountain bike and 1 old road bike).
Linen is provided, but sheets can be hired (please book in advance).
