This 220 m² house, located in the Vallée du Lis, 10 minutes from Bagnères de Luchon, sleeps 8. It has 3 bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and bath in the master suite, and a large family bathroom upstairs with bath and walk-in shower. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a garden with direct access from the living room and a barbecue. Private parking is available at no extra charge. A bicycle garage is also available. A separate library provides additional quiet space.

This 220 m² house can accommodate up to 8 people (6 very comfortably). It is ideally located in the Vallée du Lis, nestling in an idyllic setting just 10 minutes' drive from the spa town of Bagnères de Luchon.

The house offers a unique blend of tranquillity and activity with skiing, hiking, cycling and the thermal baths of Luchon all within easy reach.

The space consists of 3 bedrooms:

– A master bedroom with super king size bed, large en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, dressing room and balcony

– A double bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be used as a cosy double bed or as 2 spacious single beds, ideal for children

– A bedroom with bunk beds, comprising a high double bed (not suitable for very young children or less agile elderly people) and a single bed that converts to sleep two people

Upstairs is a large family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. A toilet is also located on the ground floor for added convenience. Each bedroom has a separate radiator for those cold mornings, and the house benefits from underfloor heating.

The accommodation has an open-plan lounge with doors to the garden, comfortable sofas and a wood-burning stove. In the lounge you will find a TV with a range of UK channels, a DVD player and a selection of board games. There is also a separate library where you can curl up with a book.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a large dining area and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, ideal for preparing meals. Internet access is also included. Baby equipment is available for families with young children.

You can enjoy the garden with direct access from the living room and a barbecue for a relaxing moment outdoors.
