Log cabin (open all year round):

A beautiful log cabin (max. 2 adults and 2 children).

We are situated at the summit of the Col des Ares in the heart of the Pyrenees, 30 minutes from Luchon and 1 hour 15 minutes from Toulouse. Founded in 2006, Laetitia and Stefan, the hosts, are proud to introduce you to a young, enthusiastic and sporty team, supported by equally passionate interns during the summer. Stefan van Lanen, originally from the Netherlands, moved to France in 2006.

It is thanks to the experience and support of his parents, Joop van Lanen and Jean-Pierre Monties – who handle the administration and renovation work – that we are able to grow and achieve such good results, which is the key to our success.

Nature is play, pleasure, emotion, contemplation, wonder, spirituality, pushing one’s limits and adventure.

Table d’hôtes (by reservation only)

We offer a single, generous three-course menu prepared by us (we’re happy to cater for vegetarians or those with allergies).

Our kitchen is open from Tuesday to Saturday (1 April to 20 October).

We serve a buffet breakfast every day from 8am to 10am. Our bar and terrace serve Luchon beers, cocktails, coffee, tea, hot chocolate…
