Nightly rentals available for a minimum of two nights. Long-term rentals available for seasonal workers or spa guests.

A bright 27 m² studio for 2 adults on the first floor, on the market square in Luchon town centre, in a small block of three flats.

Fully equipped kitchen, living area with dining space and sleeping area with a 140 bed. Everything within walking distance: town centre 2 mins away, cable car 5 mins away, the thermal spa 10 minutes away, and the railway station 10 minutes away. Storage space for bikes and skis. The tenancy agreement will be sent to the tenant; a mandatory security deposit of €300 is required. A daily electricity allowance is included; any excess electricity consumption is payable by the tenant.

Self-check-in at night is possible once we have provided the access codes (digital keypad + key box). The exit inventory is carried out by the concierge service.

Children not permitted; pets not allowed.
