This large 27m2 studio is located on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a superb villa in the heart of Luchon.

Villa Pyrène is a former travellers' hotel built in the mid-nineteenth century, in the middle of the "Allée des Bains" linking the Thermes to the Casino de Luchon.
The hotel's courtyard features two terraced verandas made of cast iron, one of which is the flat's private terrace, complete with attractive garden furniture. There is also a balcony with a small garden table and two chairs.
There is also a private parking space.
The studio comprises a large, light-filled living room with a dining area and sitting area, a 140cm bed and a 130cm sofa bed available as sleeping accommodation, a small separate kitchen and a bathroom with WC.

A private cellar under the ground-floor terrace is ideal for storing your skis or bikes in winter.
