Recent villa on two levels ideal for 3 people. The house is enclosed, with a hedge around the house and not overlooked. Large swimming pool (for your exclusive use) 10x5m with sliding cover, available from early May to late October.
Situated halfway between the Mediterranean Sea and the ocean, one hour from Toulouse and Lourdes and 40' from Spain and the leading ski resort. At the foot of the legendary Tour de France passes. Ideal for cyclists. It is away from the town, in a quiet location and less than 3 minutes' drive from two supermarkets.
The minimum stay is 4 nights (7 nights minimum from mid-June to mid-September). No weekend rentals. A rental contract will be drawn up at the time of booking with a deposit of 30% (this will not be cashed until the rental period has elapsed).
