Steps

Step 1
Leave your vehicle at the entrance to the village of Portet-de-Luchon. Take the opportunity to visit the mill just below.
Step 2
Then take the road towards the village of Poubeau. Go through the village, then continue up the path towards Cathervielle. After a short climb, turn right towards Labach de Cathervielle. The path then becomes flatter and easier. Magnificent views over the Larboust valley.
Step 3
At the Labach barns, turn right towards Cathervielle along a small tarmac road.
Step 4
Cross the village and the departmental road 76. Cross the footbridge, then further along take a pleasant path on your right that will take you back to the village of Portet-de-Luchon, your starting point.
