50 – LE TOUR DE BASSIA

Steps

Step 1

From Oô, take the path towards Garin.

Step 2

At the first intersection, turn left. The trail then climbs towards the village of Gouaux de Larboust.

Step 3

Follow the road for a few metres to reach the lower village of Gouaux de Larboust.

Step 4

Cross this and take the path leading up the side of the valley overlooking the Oô valley. Not far away is a paragliding take-off area.

Step 5

Continue straight ahead on the path, which is fairly easy going.

Step 6

Further on, at a stream, you will begin the descent towards the bottom of the valley. Continue downhill until you reach the Espoujau barns (signpost – 1065m).

Step 7

At the intersection, turn left to return to the village of Oô.
