DE SUPERBAGNERES A ESPINGO PAR LE GR 10

Steps

Step 1

From the Superbagnères plateau, follow the red and white GR10 signs towards the ridges and the orientation table.

Step 5

The path descends towards the Betet stream and then climbs again to reach the Coume de Bourg (2,272m). –

Step 2

This fairly challenging crossing then takes you to the Hourquette des Hounts secs (2,267 m).

Step 3

Descend to the Espingo pass (2,011m).

Step 4

From there, climb left towards the lake and the Espingo refuge. You can descend towards Lake Oô and the Granges d'Astau (+2½ hours).
