Les Galets de Gaudens
The name of this gourmet meringue coated in cocoa and chocolate is an original creation by Aztek’ Chocolatier that pays tribute to the historic heritage of the town of Saint-Gaudens: “a young shepherd named Gaudens trod the pebbles of the Garonne carrying his head. Legend has it that this head fell at the foot of the present-day Collegiate Church, which left its mark on the town now known as Saint-Gaudens through its architecture and cloister.” (story to be included only if it’s not too long).
