La Soulan, an inn and restaurant located between the village of Boutx and the Mourtis ski resort.
Traditional cuisine, with priority given to local produce, seasonal vegetables and, above all, home-made dishes.
To whet your appetite, here are a few examples of what we serve: local lamb in a stew or grilled, garbure (a traditional vegetable soup), melted local cheese, homemade foie gras and dried duck breast, a wide selection of homemade desserts… And many other delicious dishes!
What's more, to help you enjoy our dishes to the full, we have created a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our restaurant is divided into three areas: the wood-panelled dining room, where all the tables were designed by the owner; the authentic solid wood veranda, where you can watch the snow fall in winter or the leaves grow in spring; and the terrace, where you can soak up the sun and admire the Escalette mountain range.
