Located in the heart of a small mountain village at an altitude of 1,000 metres, the Auberge Les Spijeoles welcomes you to a unique setting and a family atmosphere. In summer, hiking trails are within easy reach of the inn, while in winter you can enjoy the snow!
You can take home and enjoy our culinary expertise through our range of local products (Pétéram, Garbure, Axoa and Pistache).
Specialities: Pistachio, Pétéram, organic trout from Oô, sweetbreads, clafoutis with seasonal fruit, Norwegian omelette, crème brûlée. All desserts are homemade.
