Traditional cuisine.

In the heart of the Pyrenees, nestled at the end of the Vallée d’Oueil, Le Sapin Fleuri is the starting point for many hikes. The dining room, from which it is not uncommon to see wild animals (deer, stags, roe deer), offers a panoramic view.

You can enjoy carefully prepared traditional gourmet cuisine as well as regional dishes and house specialities such as mountain tortilla, Pétéram, frog legs and more. Lunch is available on the terrace.
