Villa Santa Marie or Narischkine, dating from 1840 and listed in 2006 (facades, roof, boundary wall and entrance gate).

Details of protection

The facades and roofs of the villa, as well as the enclosing wall with gate and the entrance gate: listed by decree of 27 December 2006.

The villa, built around 1840, was once home to Princess Narischkine and Alexandre Dumas fils. Originally, it had a U-shaped plan; the two rear wings were connected by a loggia. The house has neo-Palladian facades with a colossal order and pediment on the street side, and a caryatid order on the garden side.
