The Nutriplantes Sport and Health Centre invites you to enjoy some time just for yourself – to unwind, relax or recover.

With 25 years’ experience in physiotherapy, the practitioner has developed a holistic approach to the individual, complementing her expertise with training in herbal medicine, phytotherapy, aromatherapy and nutrition. Her aim is to help everyone achieve a better sense of balance, combining manual techniques, personalised advice and natural solutions.

The practice offers wellness massages, sports recovery treatments, manual lymphatic drainage and pressotherapy, suitable for both athletes and those wishing to look after their wellbeing or aid their recovery.

Herbal medicine consultations also provide personalised advice on phytotherapy, aromatherapy and natural nutrition.

The range of services will be expanded to include sessions focused on prevention and optimising physical fitness in the form of ‘flash’ workshops, followed by regular Adapted Physical Activity (APA) sessions, designed to support each individual according to their needs and abilities.
