Have you heard of kefir, kombucha, cheong or koso? Or fairy champagne, homemade lemonade and cider vinegar? Laetitia Lavergne from La Ferme du Petit Poisson is coming to share her expertise during a workshop at the Saint-Gaudens Tourist Office!

Laetitia invites you to discover all these fermented drinks, their histories, their differences and their health benefits (or lack thereof!). There’ll be something to suit every taste and every purpose.

During this workshop, you’ll work together to make a drink using seasonal flowers, and you’ll each take home a batch to enjoy and watch as it develops in your own home.

A comprehensive workshop combining theory and practice in a friendly, communal atmosphere, so you’ll never be afraid to give it a go!

Laetitia will also be selling her products at the end of the workshop.

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
