Friday 16th:
– Taste workshop, touch workshop, juice-making workshop, four seasons workshop, tour of the Salvaterra orchard
Saturday 17th:
– 8.00 am to 4.00 pm: apple pressing for the general public: the Salvaterra association will press your apples using its mobile press. Booking essential: 06 77 57 29 09.
– From 10.00 am to 5.00 pm: walk organised by the rural community centres; bring your own picnic. Meet in front of the village hall in Sauveterre-de-Comminges. 15 km / elevation gain: 400 m / moderate difficulty.
Sunday 18th:
– From 9.00 am to 6.00 pm: apple pressing: the Salvaterra association will be pressing apples all day and selling fresh and pasteurised apple juice at €3.50 per litre, with proceeds going to the association.
– Gourmet market featuring local producers and craftspeople.
– Exhibition of heritage apple varieties by “Les vergers retrouvés du Comminges”.
– Activities: workshops on making hats, sweets and bread, plus a woodworking workshop for all ages.
– At 12 noon: catering by ‘David and Natacha Mazel’.
