Self-guided tour of the medieval town and a guided tour on Sunday mornings. As you wander through the medieval town, you’ll discover its rich historical heritage.

Two days to explore the medieval town of Aurignac, the mansions, the half-timbered houses, the Church of St Pierre aux Liens, the castle and its keep, the Chapel of St Roch, the Tour de la Merci and the Tour de Savoie… Self-guided tours on Saturday and Sunday. A two-hour guided tour on Sunday morning will be available, offering a comprehensive tour of the two medieval walls. Aurignac will hold no more secrets for you!

Saturday 19th:

10.00–17.00: self-guided tour of the medieval town.

As you wander through the medieval town, you’ll discover its rich historical heritage: the mansions, the half-timbered houses, the Church of Saint-Pierre aux Liens, the Comtal Castle and its keep, the Chapel of Saint Roch…

Let us guide you through the first medieval enclosure to explore the town via its three gardens: the Hortus Monasticus or ‘medicinal herb garden’, the Hortus Castral and, finally, the Hortus Deliciarum with its poetic charm.

Sunday 20th:

10.00–17.00: Self-guided tour of the medieval town.

10.00: Guided tour: 2 hours. A comprehensive exploration of both medieval walls.
