About

‘Mercredi c’est permis’ is a weekly workshop focusing on artistic expression! At the Chapelle-Saint-Jacques Centre for Contemporary Art, Wednesdays are dedicated to giving every child the freedom to express themselves in an environment that fosters creativity and an exploration of contemporary art.

This year’s programme includes: visits to exhibitions, drawing, painting, ink, collage, stamping, stencilling, monotype, screen printing, three-dimensional art, installations, photography, etc.

There will also be opportunities to meet artists and go behind the scenes to see how exhibitions are set up and taken down.

For children aged 6 to 12.

Workshop duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Schedule:

Collection of registration forms on Wednesday 9 September from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm

First workshop session on Wednesday 16 September

Fee: €200 per year

→ 2 free taster sessions

→ Payment can be made using the ‘Chèques Activités Jeunes’ vouchers issued by Saint-Gaudens Town Hall.

→ This fee includes membership of the Chapelle Saint-Jacques association and all materials.

→ Enrolment in the workshop also entitles you to a 50 per cent discount on the three courses offered during the autumn, spring and summer school holidays.
