Bodyfit and Family Training Taster Session!
Come and get moving, breathe deeply, and push yourself! Energy, fun and a great atmosphere. Let’s meet at the dojo for an introductory course. Don’t forget to bring your water bottle and towel. Sandra, your state-qualified coach, will be there to motivate you.
Schedule
9.30 am to 10.30 am: Bodyfit class, for ages 11 and over
10.30 am to 11.00 am: Bodyfit Kid class, for ages 4 and over
11.00 am to 12.00 pm: Family training class, parent-child session
