Carole looks forward to seeing you at the Tourist Office for a guided tour of the spa town of Salies-du-Salat!

A one-hour tour during which the ancient world, the Middle Ages and the modern era will intertwine to reveal the mysteries of the town’s salt. This salt has, for nearly 2,000 years, been the hallmark of the thermal treatments offered in the town. Salies-du-Salat boasts the most mineral-rich waters in Europe, making it the ‘Queen of Salt’!

The tour will take you all over the town: please bring a cap or hat, something to drink and trainers. The tour will conclude with a short tasting of local produce at the Tourist Office shop.
