Terroir/Producers Vegetables – Terroir/Producers Eggs.

We grow a wide range of seasonal vegetables according to organic farming principles.

Points of sale :

– On site (Sale at the farm from 3pm-7pm, 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.

– At the Sarp market, 2nd Wednesday of the month (5pm-8pm).

– Sauveterre de Comminges market (Sunday morning).

– Saint-Gaudens market (Thursday morning).

Brin de ferme aims to be a diversified and resilient farming business that we hope will be adapted to the local area and to contemporary changes.

With a view to implementing a sustainable resource management system, reducing petro-sourced inputs and tillage, we want to make the transition to animal traction and minimising the use of plastic in our practices.

We are determined to establish low environmental impact production, with gentle management of pests and weeds, to preserve resources and enrich diversity, based on the principles of agro-ecology. In order to market our quality AB farm produce directly in the region.

From Farm to Table with Complete Transparency: The Charter

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
