Since 1844, the Cave Sylvain Barthe has been perpetuating a tradition of excellence by selecting wines where people and terroir are at the heart of each bottle. We welcome you to an authentic setting in Luchon to help you discover exceptional wines, from the Pic St Loup, produced by the Cavalier family, to the refined Madiran from the Laplace family, once chosen by André Daguin to enhance duck breast. Passionate and demanding, we make it a point of honour to offer you emblematic wines and surprising new releases, always carefully selected.
