Corbac Éditions is an independent publishing house specialising in nature, wildlife and the Pyrenees; it publishes beautifully produced books combining photographs, illustrations and stories, designed to showcase the riches of the Pyrenean natural heritage.

Born out of a passion for nature, photography and the Pyrenees. Its name, ‘Corbac’, refers to the raven, an intelligent bird commonly found in the mountains, a symbol of curiosity and freedom.

Since its inception, the publishing house has been showcasing the rich natural heritage of the Pyrenees through high-quality books devoted to wildlife, landscapes and biodiversity. The books combine photographs, naturalist illustrations and accessible texts, enabling both enthusiasts and the simply curious to gain a better understanding of the natural environments around them.

The catalogue includes, in particular, books on birds of prey, reptiles and amphibians, wild carnivores, the Gar massif and the vast Pyrenean landscapes. Produced by renowned photographers, illustrators and naturalists, these books highlight the region’s iconic species and unspoilt landscapes.

Based in the Haut-Comminges, Corbac Éditions also helps to promote Pyrenean culture and heritage by attending numerous book fairs and events dedicated to the mountains and nature. A must-visit for all lovers of the Pyrenees and fine books.
