Harvesting of wild and cultivated plants to be processed into herbal teas, oil infusions, dried or candied fruit. Sale of vanilla and spices from Madagascar.

To support and undertake initiatives to improve substandard housing in the Fort Dauphin region in southern Madagascar, I am developing a small-scale production and sale of herbal teas and products made from dried plants and fruits.

This artisanal production is guided by my training as an herbalist. I also import Malagasy spices and vanilla, which are also on display at my stall.
