Medical Hypnosis Practitioner (Ericksonian).

A nurse by profession, I have enriched my career by becoming a practitioner of Medical Hypnosis (Ericksonian Hypnosis) to help people achieve greater well-being. I offer sessions tailored to a range of needs: preparing for bariatric surgery, managing eating disorders and weight loss, regulating emotions, improving body image and boosting self-esteem and self-confidence. My approach can also help to overcome challenges such as depression, burnout or phobias, and to manage physical symptoms such as bruxism, tinnitus or chronic pain. Thanks to a sympathetic ear and personalised techniques, each session is a step towards regaining balance. My aim is to offer holistic support to meet your specific needs and help you regain control of your well-being.

I work with you on the road to well-being: weight management, emotions, pain, self-esteem, phobias, and preparation for bariatric surgery.

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.
