Since 1990, the Fromagerie Le Vignemale has been a firm fixture in the Luchonnais valley. Specialising in traditional cheeses from the Pyrenees, you'll find products such as sheep's tomme, Aramitz and cow's tomme, all made according to local traditions. The shop also offers a range of regional products, including local honeys, blueberry pies, artisan chocolates and charcuterie. Each product is carefully selected to offer an authentic, local taste experience in a friendly atmosphere.

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
