Located within the ‘third place’ known as ‘La Glissade’, this shop offers a wide range of local, farm-fresh and artisanal produce.

Just a 3-minute drive from the centre of Aurignac, here you’ll find seasonal vegetables, bread, cheese, meat, eggs, honey and jams, as well as juices, beers, herbal teas, soaps and balms… All produced by a collective of farmers and artisans who, within a radius of no more than 50km, grow, rear and even process their own produce to offer high-quality, organic, seasonal products that respect the wellbeing of both people and animals.

This shop is also a friendly place to meet up, chat, have a natter, and enjoy a hot or cold drink…

From Farm to Table with Complete Transparency: The Charter

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
