Régine distils very little, but only the very best, naturally. And that's what makes her gin so unique. Apart from the wheat alcohol, all the ingredients in Régine's gin are harvested in the wild. Elderflowers and blueberries from Melles, myrtle and citron from Corsica, lemon peel from Menton, almond blossom, juniper berries and a few spices are patiently distilled and blended. In this way, each cuvée has its own unique character. Régine picks her plants around Melles and can rely on a solid network of pickers for the other ingredients.
It's out of the question for Régine to buy every single ingredient in her secret recipe. This is a far cry from industrial gins.
