Terroir/Producers Fruit – Terroir/Producers Vegetables.

The orchards are located in the listed site of St Bertrand de Comminges and offer a magnificent view of the medieval town. In a natural setting, the farm offers organic apples and vegetables in season.

Orchards at the foot of the church of St Just de Valcabrère and the cathedral of St Bertrand de Comminges.

We produce around ten varieties of apples and fifteen vegetables, all grown in the open (no greenhouses) and picked by hand by our seasonal and permanent employees.

We continue to grow in 4 seasons, so we can offer you fresh produce all year round:

Early and ware potatoes

Peas,

Artichokes

Green beans and butter,

Red and white onions

Beetroot,

Butternut and other squash

Leeks

Purple turnips

and of course all our apples! Crimson crips, Dalinette apples, Délisdor apples, Chanteclerc apples, Grannysmith apples, Chanteloup apples and Rosemarie apples – there's something for everyone!

Our produce is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, thanks to our fruit and vegetable vending machines!

We sell our produce (seasonal fruit and vegetables with 100% AB certification), as well as our apple juice!

As part of our commitment to being a small, local business, we also sell freshly-cut, ready-to-use products supplied by Terra Alter Gascogne, enabling us to expand our range of products and offer our customers the chance to treat themselves at a lower price!

From Farm to Table with Complete Transparency: The Charter

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
