Seasonal cuisine to share.

Our menu features almost 50% vegetarian and/or vegan dishes made with seasonal and local produce, and all 100% homemade.

In the heart of our beautiful Luchonais Valley, our cultural café is a friendly, lively place where people come to enjoy themselves as much as to share a moment of culture and social interaction.

All year round, we offer "finger food to share", inspired by the spirit of no-frills gourmet bars and run since this season by Juan (Almacén de Cires).

The emphasis is on seasonal produce and short distribution channels: local vegetables, farmhouse meats, local cheeses… a menu that is sincere, generous and rooted in the local area.

When it comes to beverages, our selection gives pride of place to artisanal production. Five draught beers from regional breweries, a range of craft beers carefully chosen by Thomas, and a mainly organic wine list, complemented by a few natural nuggets discovered during our meetings with winemakers on our return from holiday.

An original range of non-alcoholic drinks has also been added to the menu to suit all tastes.

As much a place to live as a place to savour, the establishment offers an eclectic and open cultural programme, led by Roxane: concerts from alternative scenes, open stages, theatre in all its forms (stand-up, drag show, improv, original plays), conferences, workshops and convivial moments such as knitting apéros, tastings, themed evenings or the unmissable Mario Kart apéros.
