Our menu features almost 50% vegetarian and/or vegan dishes made with seasonal and local produce, and all 100% homemade.
Our Philosophy
A gathering place for curious minds
We’ve set up home at the foot of the Luchon mountains to create a haven that reflects who we are: a place where the trails end and encounters begin.
Our cellar features an ever-changing selection of independent brews, daring craft beers from near and far, local gems, authentic grape juices, and non-alcoholic drinks that are just as rich in flavour – all designed to delight every palate.
Our cuisine follows the same path: one of respect for the earth’s cycles, short supply chains, and unpretentious, unadulterated indulgence. It changes roughly every two weeks, showcasing the richness of our local produce, whilst striving to take you on a journey to exciting new horizons whenever possible – and into the chef’s mind.
The Café des 4 Chemins is also a venue that aims to be alternative. We love mixing up different types of events and shaking up conventions: here, culture is experienced first-hand, to the rhythm of our own personal favourites.
