From Sauveterre, a lively region steeped in tradition, Chef Jérémy Lasserre brings sincerity to the table by revamping ancestral recipes.
In the kitchen, our chef and his team create menus based on fresh, seasonal produce, which he sources from local artisans and farmers when it is not available from our hotel's own vegetable garden or livestock farm.
