La Cantine from September:
It’s a real mix at La Cantine! You’ll find residents of Aurignac and the surrounding area, workers from co-working spaces and artists-in-residence, manual workers, craftspeople and local workers, groups on training courses or seminars, tourists and visitors, people from all walks of life (with a solidarity-based pricing scheme and inclusive activities), schoolchildren coming to discover what the venue has to offer, people in wheelchairs (disabled access), in tap shoes or patent leather shoes!
The concept behind La Cantine at lunchtime is a single vegetarian menu, prepared using local, organic and seasonal produce. It’s a place that aims to be open to social diversity, with a solidarity-based pricing system, ensuring access to healthy, high-quality food for everyone.
La Cantine also hosts cooking workshops and training courses, serves as a residency for chefs, and provides processing facilities for local producers.
