In the heart of the Pyrenees, nestled at the end of the Vallée d'Oueil, Le Sapin Fleuri is the starting point for many hikes. The dining room, from which it is not uncommon to see wild animals (deer, stags, roe deer), offers a panoramic view.
You can enjoy carefully prepared traditional gourmet cuisine as well as regional dishes and house specialities such as mountain tortilla, Pétéram, frog legs and more. Lunch is available on the terrace.

The dining room offers panoramic views and it is not uncommon to see wild animals (deer, stags, roe deer) from the windows. Olivier Toucouère, Head Chef and graduate of the Académie des Arts et de la Table, will treat you to carefully prepared traditional cuisine.
Specialities: Pétéram luchonnais; trout with flowers; mountain-style tortilla; leg of lamb.
