About
Laetitia Lavergne from La Ferme du Petit Poisson is coming to share her expertise during a workshop at the Saint-Gaudens Tourist Office!
Laetitia invites you to discover the magical world of wild plants. In the first part, she’ll discuss best practice for foraging, and then you’ll discover several wild plants that she’ll have picked beforehand from her own garden.
She’ll teach you how to recognise them, share the stories and legends associated with them, as well as their properties and uses.
Finally, you’ll have the chance to cook with them. Laetitia will suggest some quick and easy recipes that you’ll prepare together, before tucking into some tasty little dishes made with the plants you’ve discovered.
A comprehensive workshop combining theory and practice in a friendly, sharing atmosphere, so you’ll never be afraid to give it a go!
