Located in the heart of the central Pyrenees, in the small village of Portet d'Aspet (Haute-Garonne), well known for its mythical Tour de France pass, Karine picks and produces all kinds of plants that she then sublimates! In her restaurant at the Col de Portet d'Aspet, or in the raw, you'll be amazed by the quality of her products.

Products: aromatic and wild-gathered plants, chicken eggs, apple juice and jams, chutney, nettle gomasio, salt with aromatic and wild herbs, herbal teas, beetroot ketchup, etc.
